Developed in-house by UTTAMA, PPA Liquid Nylon is a next-generation rigid photopolymer resin designed for ultra-precise, durable, and injection-molding-replacement 3D printing applications. It combines exceptional mechanical properties, fine detail reproduction, and excellent resistance to heat and environmental stress—making it ideal for both functional prototypes and small-batch production.

• Thermoplastic Behavior
  The printed part can be reshaped after soaking in hot water (~100°C), and will retain its new form after cooling. This allows post-printing adjustments for specific design or fitment needs.

  With consistent performance and minimal warping, it is one of the few rigid 3D printing materials truly capable of supporting low-volume manufacturing at industrial standards.
