All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. When quoting, our customer service team will provide an estimated production schedule based on your specific order. Once production is complete, we will ship the item the next business day and notify you by email, including product photos and tracking information.

2. Real-Time International Shipping

We ship using professional international couriers. Most deliveries arrive within 1-2 weeks. Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You may check the status of your delivery on 17TRACK (https://www.17track.net/en).

3. Order Modification / Cancellation

4. International Shipping & Customs Duties
