Will the resin age or yellow over time?
No. All UTTAMALAB resins are formulated with anti‑yellowing additives and UV stabilizers. Under normal storage and use, they retain their color fidelity and mechanical properties indefinitely. -
Can I share photos of my prints?
Absolutely! We love seeing your work. Post your creations on social media, tag @uttamalab, and use #uttamalab to showcase your projects. -
Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
All orders ship directly from our China facility.-
Standard (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 7–14 business days

Expedited: 4–7 business days
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

What if I can’t track my shipment?
First, verify the tracking link in your confirmation email. If there’s still no update, email info@uttamalab.com or use the “Contact Us” widget on our website sidebar—we’ll respond as quickly as possible. -
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No. We support orders of any size—from single‑bottle samples to full production runs. -
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. A PDF invoice will be emailed to you after payment. For export shipments, a printed invoice may also be included for customs clearance. -
Can I modify or cancel my order?

Material & Pigment Orders: To return or modify a materials or pigment paste order, please contact customer support before shipment; once shipped, refunds are not available.

3D Printing Custom Services: Once payment is processed and production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled. Please confirm all specifications before checkout.
