These Terms & Conditions (together with our Privacy Statement and Content Policy, the “Terms”) govern your purchase of SLA photopolymer materials & pigment pastes (“Materials Sales”) and your use of our custom 3D printing services (“Printing Services”) from UTTAMALAB Inc. and its affiliates (“UTTAMALAB,” “we,” or “us”) via www.uttamalab.com (the “Site”), our platform, and related applications (collectively, the “Services”). By ordering materials or using our Printing Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Account & Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. Users aged 13–17 may use only with parental supervision; under 13 prohibited.

1.2 Account Registration
To place orders or submit models, you must register an Account with accurate, current contact, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and all activity under your account.

2. Materials & Pigment Paste Sales

2.1 Ordering

  • Browse and select photopolymer resins, pigment pastes, or coatings.

  • Specify color/formulation (if applicable) and quantity.

  • Provide shipping address and payment details.

  • Upon successful payment, an Order Confirmation is sent via email.

2.2 Pricing & Payment

  • Prices displayed (USD or local currency) apply at order time.

  • Accepted payment methods: PayPal and wire transfer; additional methods coming soon.

  • Any bank, currency‑conversion, or transaction fees are your responsibility.

2.3 Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders ship from our China warehouse.

  • Standard: 7–14 business days (DHL, FedEx, UPS)

  • Expedited: 4–7 business days

  • Tracking information emailed when your order ships.

2.4 Returns & Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel or modify your materials order via the “Contact Us” widget on our website sidebar or by emailing info@uttamalab.com.

  • After Shipment: Cancellations or refunds are not available once an order has shipped.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Report within 10 days of delivery for replacement; photographs may be requested.

3. Custom 3D Printing Services

3.1 Model Submission & Quotation

  • Upload or email your 3D file (STL/OBJ/3MF).

  • Specify material, quantity, post‑processing, and delivery address.

  • We will issue a detailed quote covering printing, finishing, shipping, and applicable taxes (excluding import duties).

3.2 Confidentiality

  • All custom files and specifications are protected under NDA, stored encrypted, and securely destroyed after use.

  • Additional confidentiality measures available on request.

3.3 Order Acceptance & Production

  • Production begins once you approve the quote and payment is received.

  • Lead times vary by model complexity; see your quote for details.

3.4 Modifications & Cancellations

  • After production starts, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Please verify all details before confirmation.

3.5 Warranty & Inspection

  • We warrant printed parts will conform to your approved 3D model within SLA technology limits.

  • Inspect upon receipt and report any defects within 10 days for reprint or refund.

  • Models marked “Print Anyway” are not eligible for warranty claims.

4. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in your 3D models. By submitting a model to UTTAMALAB, you grant us a limited, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license solely to:

    1. Reproduce and print your model to fulfill your specific order;

    2. Perform any post‑processing, quality checks, or customer‑requested finishing;

    3. Share necessary model data with logistics partners for the sole purpose of delivery.

    No other distribution, sublicensing, public display, or commercial exploitation rights are granted.

5. Disclaimers & Liability Limits

  • “As‑Is” Basis: Services provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • No Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute not resolved by good‑faith negotiation shall be submitted to the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SIETAC) for arbitration in Shanghai under its rules. The arbitral award is final and binding.

7. Changes & Contact

We may revise these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
